You will receive your Hypnobirthing work book, Hypnosis audios, tea/coffee and home baking each week. After completing the course with me, you can keep in touch if you have any question or concerns or if anything comes up for you, that you would like to discuss in relation to Hypnobirthing. I can provide support and guidance right up until your baby is here.
Baby Massage Class Dates and Times
Baby massage classes are suitable from 6 weeks to pre-crawling. You will receive organic coconut oil for baby, a massage handout, tea/coffee and home baking each week and a wealth of support.

Baby Yoga Class Dates and Times
Run on Mondays 10:00am-11:30am and then 1:00-2:30pm.
Baby Yoga is run in 5 week blocks and tea/coffee and home baking is provided each week.
GroovaRoo Dance Class Dates and Times
Tea, coffee, biscuits and chat afterwards. Suitable from 3 months old. Wide based carrier required with babies facing in. All welcome.

HypnoMothering Class Dates and Times
Saturday 6th November 11am-2:30pm – 1 space left
The Ultimate Mums Relaxation Class. Handouts, hypnosis audios, hot drinks, nibbles, tea/coffee, home baking all provided along with a deeply relaxing session where you can let your worries melt away.
Group booking discounts are also available for over 3 Mums.
Once we are back together, class sizes will remain small. Every precaution is being taken to ensure your safety in all classes and high levels of cleanliness are in place.
