Keeping our stress levels from skyrocketing is so important and there are man ways I can help you to keep them in check. Babies still need the activities that are centred around their development, and you need care and support too. All the classes I run focus on the crucially important elements of connection, love, bonding, well being, and infant and maternal mental health.
HypnoBirthing The Mongan Method
This wonderful course cost is being live run via zoom. This is a great opportunity for you to keep you stress levels to a minimum during your pregnancy and will help create a far more positive birth experience. HypnoBirthing conditions your mind for reduced fear and for positivity and leads to better birth outcomes for women. 5 classes, each 2.5 hours long, run over 5 consecutive weeks.
