Hello and welcome.  I hope you and your baby are doing well and thank you for visiting my website.  I want all expectant families, parents and babies to know that although I’m not able to provide the same service to you as I normally do, I am going to endeavour to keep our community going online.

Pregnant women and babies in utero need the calm confidence of HypnoBirthing, now more than ever as we navigate our way through our daily worries.

Babies still need the activities that are centred around their development, and all the classes I run focus on the crucially important elements of connection, love, bonding, well being, and infant and maternal mental health.

All classes will be live via zoom where I can check in with you, and give you my utmost support at this time.

HypnoBirthing The Mongan Method course cost is being reduced BY £100. I have really beautiful professional presentations to share live via zoom. The full course syllabus is being provided. This is a great opportunity for you to keep you stress levels to a minimum during your pregnancy and will help create a far more positive birth experience. HypnoBirthing conditions your mind for reduced fear and for positivity and leads to better birth outcomes for women.  5 classes, each 2.5 hours long, run over 5 consecutive weeks. Suitable from 20-30 weeks.

  • Tuesday 16th June
  • Thursday 9th July
  • Tuesday 28th July
  • All classes run from 7:00-9:30pm

Relaxed Pregnancy with Nicola Wilson

I am providing free support in this group and regular live guided relaxations. The current situation we are all in is inevitably leading to raised stress levels. If you are expecting right now, please make regular relaxation a priority. Your baby feels the effect of increased stress, so by making a conscious decision to create feelings of well being and calm, you will create a better environment for your baby. This will in turn, create a better labour and birth experience with less medical intervention. Again this is crucially important right now.

Baby Classes include:

Baby Massage 6 weeks to pre-crawling
Baby Yoga 8 weeks to pre-crawling
GroovaRoo Dance, come and join our dance parties, suitable for everyone who is fit and active, and for baby wearers with little ones from 3 months old. Wide based carrier required with babies facing in.

All classes £5

Baby Massage will be in the mornings 10:00am-10:45am Every morning except Thurs
Baby Yoga will be Mon & Thurs pm 1:00-1:45pm
GroovaRoo (incredibly uplifting) will be on Thursday am at 10:00am and on Tues and Wed 1:00pm-1:45pm

Although it is not getting you out of the house, as we would all like, it is providing you with skills you can go on to do with your baby on a daily basis. And it will give you a structure to your day that is so important just now.

Pregnant Mums
Mums of 0-2s – next date Sat 23rd May 2020.  11:00am – 2:15pm
Pre-school Mums 3-5 years Sat 6th June 11:00-2:15pm
A 40% discount is being offered for this one off 2.5 hour class
